Recipe: green smoothie


Making smoothies is a great way to incorporate greens and fruits into your diet. If your anything like me, it’s almost impossible to eat different greens all the time. I opted for this delicious recipe! It’s simple, lightly sweeten, and refreshing!

2 handfuls of baby spinach
1 banana
1/2 cup of blueberries
1 cup of ice
splash of low fat milk
chia seeds

blend, sprinkle some chia seeds, and enjoy!
