time for breakfast: fluffy french toast

As you probably guessed, I’m a big fan of food. French toast is no exception. It is one of my favorite breakfast foods next to waffles. There is just something about the thick bread fill with eggs, cinnamon, milk, sugar, and flour that makes it so delicious. If you are a french toast lover, you definitely need to try this recipe.

The french toast is extra fluffy with the 1/4 cup of all purpose flour thrown in. Perfect for those who enjoy their french toast nice and thick.

Fluffy French Toast
Ingredients
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 pinch salt
3 eggs
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp white sugar
12 thick slice bread

Directions
1. Measure flour into a large mixing bowl. Slowly whisk in the milk. Whisk in the salt, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sugar until smooth.
2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
3. Soak bread slices in mixture until saturated. Cook bread on each side until golden brown. Server hot

Tips
Served with powdered sugar! It’s a must.
